Terms & conditions of sale

These terms govern trade sales between Runnymede Gifts and approved trade customers. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Trade accounts

Our catalogue and pricing are available to approved trade customers only. We may refuse or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Orders and pricing

All prices are quoted ex VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Carriage-paid delivery applies to qualifying UK mainland orders as stated on our delivery page. Delivery to other destinations is subject to quotation.

Returns and cancellations

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding any issues with your order. Bespoke and personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
