Do you sell to the public?
No. Runnymede Gifts is trade-only. Our catalogue and pricing are for approved business customers such as gift shops, visitor attractions, churches and charities.
How do I open a trade account?
Use Apply for an account if online applications are open, or contact us to discuss trade registration. We review your business details before approving access to pricing and ordering.
When can I see prices?
Trade prices are shown after you sign in with an approved account. Before that, you can browse products without public pricing.
What is the carriage-paid threshold?
Carriage is paid to most of mainland UK on qualifying trade orders of £200 ex VAT or more. Orders below this threshold may still be placed online; delivery charges may apply.
What counts as UK mainland for delivery?
For delivery purposes, UK mainland means England, Wales and Scotland on the main landmass. Carriage-paid delivery on qualifying orders applies to most addresses in these areas. It does not include Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark), the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, Scottish islands (such as the Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland), or some remote Scottish mainland postcodes — couriers often treat parts of IV, KW and AB as remote or offshore. If your address is in one of these areas, or outside the UK, please contact us for a delivery quotation. We do supply customers worldwide.
How do I place an order?
Approved customers add products to the cart and complete checkout online. We confirm your order by email with bank transfer payment details — there is no card payment on this site.
Can I request bespoke or custom products?
Yes. Use our bespoke enquiry form for custom crystal engraving, olive wood, keyrings, fridge magnets and other made-to-order work. We will respond with a quote.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We supply customers worldwide. Online checkout covers UK mainland addresses; for Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and other international destinations, please contact us for a delivery quotation.
What are typical delivery times?
Standard catalogue lines are dispatched as quickly as stock allows. Bespoke and custom items depend on complexity — we will advise lead times when you enquire.
Can I order samples?

Do you offer credit terms?
Payment is by bank transfer on confirmed orders. If you require account terms, please discuss this with us directly before placing large or repeat orders.
